What is Team Care and what's available for my team?

Who can request Team Care?

Any employee can request Team Care services. We encourage any employee interested in fostering their team’s well-being to reach out!

Who should I contact about scheduling a class or service?

Simply schedule a discovery call and your designated Wellness Manager will be in touch! From there, we will assist you in selecting a class or activity for your team and scheduling them at a convenient time.

How long are the classes?

Lengths vary depending on the class selected, with most ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes (recommend at least 20 minutes). We can also tailor the duration to fit your team’s schedule and needs.

Does HealthySteps to Wellness have to lead it?

While HealthySteps to Wellness leads our Team Care classes, we also collaborate with departments for team members to provide activities or icebreakers. This ensures a diverse and comprehensive approach to team wellness.

Will HealthySteps to Wellness help with event logistics such as event space rentals or ordering food?

HealthySteps will assist with the planning and execution of the wellness-related content and activities for your event but will not be able to help secure locations or food orders.

Is there a fee for Team Care?

There is no cost associated with Team Care (including consults, classes, and activities).
