Track Healthy Habits: 20 points per day x 2
Complete Daily Cards: 40 points per day x 2
Get 7 hours of sleep: 50 points per day x 2
Complete a Journeys® step: 50 points per day x 2
Create or join a personal challenge: 100 points x 2
Give or receive a Shoutout: 100 points x 2
