We’re excited to share that our rewards program is shifting to a 12-month cycle, running October 1 to September 30 (previously January 1 – September 30). This means you’ll have year-round access to the wellness platform so you can start earning points earlier and stay engaged all year long.
As a part of this update, on October 1 your rewards dashboard points will be reset to 0 and you must complete the Health Assessment starting January 15, 2026 in order to unlock your rewards each program year. This update does not change the reward amount or quarterly reward schedule, which will remain the same.

What does this mean for any points earned during Q3: 7/1 – 9/30?
Although your rewards dashboard will be reflecting the new program start date and your points will be reset to 0, the points earned from Q3: 7/1 -9/30 will still be captured; this update does not change the quarterly reward schedule and will remain the same. Any points earned after 9/30 will count towards the new program cycle. See the instructions below to learn how you can view you your past earning history.

Why are my points locked from October to December?
Your points are locked because you need to complete the Health Assessment which will be available on January 15.

Can I earn more rewards (dollars or raffle tickets) now that there is a year-long wellness program?
No, the reward amount stays the same. The only difference is that your quarter 1 earning opportunities is longer October 1 – March 31
