HealthySteps to Wellness

The incentive program begins on January 4, 2021.

The HealthySteps to Wellness Program gives you the freedom to design your own path to a healthier lifestyle. In addition to free and discounted Wellness Tools, you also have the ability to earn a wellness incentive of $100 to $1,000!

CRONA members enrolled in Aetna Choice POS II or Kaiser Permanente HMO are eligible to receive a $100 wellness incentive for completing a Health Assessment. Other benefit-eligible employees enrolled in a hospital-sponsored medical plan can earn up to $500 (employee-only) or $1,000 (employee + one or more covered dependents) in 2021!*

Biometrics and the Tobacco Use Statement are no longer required activities for Step 1 in the 2021 program year.

Assess Your Health

Complete your health assessment to earn $250 (employee-only) or $500 (employee + one or more covered dependent) and advance to Step 2:

Earn 250 points and receive either a $250 (employee-only) or $500 (employee + one or more covered dependent) incentive.

  • Weight Management Program (Omada) – 250 points
  • Healthy Living classes (HIP) – 50 points
  • Seminar or Event – 25 points

*Non-Represented and SEIU employees enrolled in a hospital-sponsored medical plan, including CRONA members enrolled in a Stanford Health Care Alliance (SHCA) Plan are eligible to earn wellness incentives. Benefit-eligible employees enrolled in a hospital-sponsored medical plan can earn up to $500 during the incentive period. Benefit-eligible employees with dependents enrolled in a hospital-sponsored medical plan can earn up to $1,000 during the incentive period.
