YogaX Program Information Session
Looking to start the new year with greater intentionality and purpose?
YogaX, in the department of Psychiatry, has a variety of integrated holistic yoga courses and programs with start dates this month, all of which are dedicated to enhancing individual and collective wellbeing and resilience through an innovative fusion of yoga's ancient wisdom and the latest insights from modern psychological research.
These upcoming offerings will all take place virtually with a live teacher, with options that are accessible for everyone – from those who have never practiced yoga before, to those looking to continue their yoga journey by becoming a teacher or advancing their teaching, to healthcare professionals looking to apply yoga principles in their clinical practice.
We invite all to join us in an information session about our upcoming offerings, which include:
- January 18: 200-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training
- January 25: 10-Week Yoga Series for Mental Health and Resilience (including an option that is free and accessible to all)
