Yoga with Intention

January 23, 2025 | 9:00am - 10:00am

Yoga with Intention, hosted by YogaX at Stanford Psychiatry, is gentle yoga practice for individuals dealing with breast cancer, whether in treatment, recovery, or post-treatment. Each 60-minute session includes an opening centering, breathing practices, gentle movement, and meditation or guided imagery. Each session ends with a period of stillness, an opportunity to absorb the benefits of the practice before returning to daily activities.

Classes are taught in such a way that everyone is able to participate and are facilitated by Chris Brems, PhD, ABPP, ERYT500, C-IAYT. See all of YogaX’s free yoga offerings here: https://www.yogaxteam.com/free-classes
