Suitable for beginners and taught in a precise yet simple manner, gentle yoga is perfect to start or renew a yoga practice.  Come and practice yoga foundations such as traditional warm-ups, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and fundamental postures.  Learn everything you need to know for a confident self-practice.
