Our presenters, Heather King, PhD, and Samsuk Kim, PhD, will explore the connection between sleep and pain, common habits and factors that disrupt sleep, and practical, evidence-based strategies for improving sleep and managing pain. They will discuss tools and strategies, as well as the role of stress, emotions, and lifestyle factors in the sleep-pain connection.
