The Science of Your Internal Clock
Each of us has a natural biological rhythm, known as a chronotype, that influences when we feel alert, when we feel sleepy, and when we do our best thinking. Trying to force ourselves into a lifestyle that is out of alignment with our chronotype can contribute to stress, sleep issues, and low productivity.
In this engaging, evidence-based webinar, we will explore the four common chronotypes, also known as the Lion, Bear, Wolf, and Dolphin, and what they reveal about our daily energy patterns. You will learn how chronotypes shape sleep, mood, focus, appetite, and productivity throughout the day, and why understanding your natural rhythm can help you work smarter, feel better, and improve overall well-being.
This session will also examine how sleep changes across the lifespan and offer practical strategies to improve sleep efficiency and align daily habits with your body’s internal clock.
Whether you’re an early-rising Lion, a midday Bear, a late night Wolf, or a light-sleeping Dolphin, this session will help you better understand your body’s unique rhythm and how to work with it instead of against it.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants.
To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
