The Link Between Lifestyle and Cellular Aging

Everyone wants to feel healthy and vibrant. This is true no matter what decade of life you are in. The good news is that you can take steps now to improve the way you age at a cellular level. Cellular aging is associated with your biological age, which can be years younger or older than your chronological age, as measured by your birth date.

In this noontime webinar, you will learn the latest scientific research about three aging and chronic disease biomarkers: systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, and telomere length. Through practical insights and examples, you will discover how lifestyle factors like diet, movement, sleep, stress management, and attitudes about aging can slow the cellular aging process. Walk away with 1-2 actions you can start right away to improve the way you age moving forward, no matter how old you are today.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
