The Joy of Dance
Looking for a fun and creative way to stay active, sharpen your mind, and connect with others? Dance is a powerful way to enhance both physical and mental well-being while building meaningful social connections.
Experience the joy of dance in this in-person class on the Stanford University campus! You will discover the science-backed benefits of social dance, then experience them in action as our instructor guides you through simple, enjoyable movements designed to boost your mood, coordination, and overall well-being, all in a welcoming environment.
No experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothes, bring your enthusiasm, and get ready to move.
This is an in-person class and will not be recorded. Attendance at the live session is required to receive incentive points.
