The Improviser’s Mindset
When the future is unscripted, your greatest human skill is the ability to think on your feet.
AI technology may be able to process data and draft content – but it cannot provide the presence of mind required to authentically build trust, pivot to the needs of the moment, tap into imagination, or find a creative path forward when there is no map. These fundamentally human skills can be cultivated and enhanced through the art of improvisation.
Join us for an interactive three-part online series, where you will practice core improv concepts to enhance cognitive ability and emotional intelligence while reducing stress and anxiety. Improv skills include thinking on your feet, building strong relationships, unleashing your inherent creativity, communicating your ideas, telling stories that influence your listener, and co-creating with a team. The goal of this class is not shining on stage in a comedy troupe, but rather deepening essential skills in a fun and impactful way.
Each session will feature high-energy games that improv performers use to stay grounded under pressure. Whether you’re brand new to improv or a seasoned pro, this series will help you build the mental muscle to find inspiration in life – no matter what comes your way.
This class will not be recorded.
Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of all 3 sessions.
