The Hero’s Journey Within

We are the stories we live—and the stories we tell. Our brains are wired to shape experience into narrative, giving our lives meaning, coherence, and identity. In this powerful four-session online course, we’ll explore the transformative arc of The Hero’s Journey, a universal framework popularized by Joseph Campbell, as a guide to navigating change, growth, and self-discovery.

Through the lens of myth, mindset, and creativity, you’ll uncover how personal narrative influences perception—and how reframing your story can unlock resilience and possibility. Backed by research showing the positive effects of creative practices on mental and physical well-being, this course blends rich discussion, hands-on creative projects, reflective writing, and storytelling to support meaningful inner work.

Whether you’re in the midst of a life transition, seeking a fresh perspective, or simply ready to explore your next chapter, this course invites you to cross the threshold and say “yes” to your own journey of transformation. Answer the call. Step into your story. Discover the hero within!
