The Future Self Lab

Discover how imagining your future self can support optimism, motivation, and emotional balance in the present moment. Join us for a thoughtful space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the person you are becoming.

Grounded in research from psychology, adult development, and well-being science, this three-session online class blends brief, evidence-based insights with guided reflection and gentle visualization. You will examine how identity, beliefs, and life context shape your sense of possibility, and how intentional visioning can serve as a steady anchor during times of uncertainty or change.

Through individual exercises and optional peer exchange, you will clarify what currently nourishes you, what feels depleted, and what you would like more of in your work and life. The emphasis is on small, realistic shifts rather than dramatic reinvention, helping you translate insight into grounded, compassionate action.

By the end of the course, you will have a clearer picture of your future self and a deeper understanding of the conditions that support feeling well, engaged, and grounded.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of all 3 sessions. Request disability accommodations and access info.
