Sustaining Energy and Well-Being in Challenging Times

Amidst continued global, local, and personal crises, many of us experience discouragement followed by hope followed by discouragement again. The constant pivoting, ongoing uncertainty, and effortful optimism can be deeply exhausting.

In this noontime webinar, we will explore how to live authentically in a world that is often filled with difficulties and strategies we can put in place to offer ourselves respite and renewal. We will discuss the range of ways our energy can be impacted by current events and how to offer ourselves the compassion we need to start where we are. By implementing practical tools and shifting our mindset, we can start to move forward to sustainable energy and well-being, allowing us to show up to work with focus and motivation and show up to our people with love and compassion.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
