Summertime in the Garden – Tantalizing Tomatoes
Join us for an engaging hands-on workshop all about tomatoes, where you’ll dive deep into the world of this versatile fruit! We’ll enjoy a tomato tasting, learn about diverse ways to appreciate the tomato at its peak of freshness and to preserve it to enjoy later, and prepare a tomato treat to take home. Designed for culinary enthusiasts and beginning cooks alike, this workshop aims to deepen your appreciation for tomatoes and equip you with new recipes to elevate your meals.
This class is part of our Summertime in the Garden series. We will meet at the O’Donohue Stanford Educational Farm on Stanford campus to explore strategies for taking the best advantage of all the health benefits the garden has to offer. Each of the two classes is offered independently, so you can sign up for just the topics that pique your interest and fit into your busy schedule. Join for one or for all!
This is an in-person class and will not be recorded.
Attendance at the live session is required to receive incentive points.
Request disability accommodations and access info.
