Stretch Your Way to a More Comfortable Workday

Stretching is often neglected in our workday self-care regimen. We get busy, we sit for too long, we forget to stretch, or we may feel uncomfortable stretching around other people. Yet a regular stretching practice is so important for overall health.

Discover the power of stretching to combat muscle tension in this engaging webinar. Designed for individuals who spend long hours at a computer, either at home or in the office, this session will introduce you to easy, effective stretches that can be performed while seated or standing—no need to get down on the floor or have a gym membership.

We’ll delve into the basics of human anatomy and the physiology of muscles and fascia, emphasizing the importance of stretching for maintaining overall health. Participants will be guided through demonstrations of practical stretches using everyday items like a chair and a belt.

This webinar is perfect for beginners and requires no previous experience with stretching. Please note, while modifications will be suggested, those with significant health concerns should consult a healthcare provider.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.
