Staying on Track

Running is one of the most popular fitness activities in the United States and provides a host of health benefits, from improved cardiovascular health and stronger muscles to reduced stress and better sleep. Yet many people experience injury at some point in their running journey, causing pain, health setbacks, and frustration.

Join us for an engaging webinar on the treatment and prevention of running injuries, designed for both serious and recreational runners of all ages and abilities. We will delve into the most common running injuries, such as runner’s knee, stress fractures, shin splints, and more, providing practical tips for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. You will learn how to train smarter, incorporate strength exercises, and optimize your form to minimize injury risks. Whether you are a seasoned marathoner or a weekend jogger, this session will equip you with the knowledge you need to keep running safely and effectively.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
