Sleep Well


If you are having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep, you are not alone. A recent survey of US adults revealed that almost half the population of this country experienced some form of insomnia in 2023.

Join us for an experiential online class series where we will explore some of the underlying causes of poor sleep, from daily stress to overuse of our technology, and practice simple strategies to improve healthy sleep. Over two sessions, you will learn and practice proven tools that use the body and breath to cultivate calmness at will, promoting relaxation and rest.

We will also discuss common sleep concerns, such as interrupted sleep, and ways to incorporate these techniques to restore healthy sleep. At the end of the series, you will have a tool kit of information and practical exercises to help you improve your sleep and well-being.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of both sessions.
