Setting Boundaries for a Healthier You

Do you often feel overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or find yourself saying “yes” when you’d rather say “no”? You’re not alone—many people get caught in a cycle of overcommitment.

In this interactive noontime webinar, you’ll explore the essential skill of setting healthy boundaries to protect your well-being and take back control of your time, energy, and personal space. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what boundaries are, why they matter, and how to recognize when they’re needed.

We’ll explore the common challenges that make setting boundaries difficult and practical strategies to overcome them. We’ll also examine different types of boundaries—including those at work—and discuss how to approach them with clarity and confidence.

By the end of the session, you’ll be invited to commit to one meaningful action that brings you closer to setting (or strengthening) a boundary that supports your mental and emotional health. Create the space you need to thrive—starting now.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
