Science Café: Understanding Cancer Immunotherapy

Bay Area Cancer Connections and Stanford Cancer Institute invite the community to learn and chat about science with a researcher. Dr. Roeland Nusse, Ph.D., will explain the basics of immunotherapy and how it works to treat cancer. He will also discuss how research helps with the development of cancer immunotherapy for patients.

Stanford Cancer Institute Science Cafés are created for the community and designed to promote understanding of cancer science knowledge and its relevance to personal lives.
