Real Food, Real Life

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us find ourselves caught between the lure of hyper-convenient processed foods, the overwhelming task of preparing home-cooked meals, and the emotional undercurrents that shape how and why we eat.

Join us for a three-part series designed to help you understand and reshape your eating habits through a lens of biology, practicality, and mindfulness. We’ll begin by exploring how the modern food environment is designed to override our natural signals and create cycles of craving and disconnection. From there, we’ll dive into strategies that make home cooking more approachable—like batch prepping and easy go-to meals—and help make the nourishing choice the easy choice. Finally, we’ll turn inward to examine how emotions and stress influence our food decisions and how to cultivate awareness, compassion, and practical tools for mindful nourishment.

Whether you’re looking to improve your habits, feel more at ease in the kitchen, or better understand the emotional drivers behind your eating, this class will meet you where you are and support you in moving toward a more grounded, nourishing relationship with food.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of all 3 sessions.
