Preserving for Mocktails

Looking for ways to liven up your non-alcoholic drinks? Excited to craft a signature mocktail with ingredients you made yourself?

Join us for this hands-on mocktail workshop on campus at the O’Donohue Stanford Educational Farm where we’ll discuss principles of drink-making and learn how to make some key ingredients – syrups, shrubs, and herb sugars and salts – that will take your drinks to the next level. We’ll finish out the evening by making some fruit shrubs together and sharing a mocktail as the sun sets on the Farm.

This is an in-person class and will not be recorded. Attendance at the live session is required to receive incentive points.

Request disability accommodations and access info.
