Prescription for a Fulfilling Life, February 28 – March 21
These days, it can sometimes take everything we have simply to get through the day. We may feel tired, distracted, and weighed down by worries, with no time left for the things that bring us joy, meaning, or even just some basic fun. This is a perfect time to reset and to come back to what matters most.
In this 4-session, online engagement class, we will explore practical ways to achieve the fulfilling, healthy life you would like. You will learn proven strategies that include reviewing your values and identifying competing values, taking care of yourself by pausing and setting boundaries, maintaining good relationships, and discovering remedies for procrastination.
Through thoughtful discussions, breakout rooms, and creative class activities, you will have the opportunity to explore your own principles, identify your barriers, establish boundaries, and join in the inspiration and mutual encouragement your classmates offer. You will also have the opportunity to bring these new insights into your daily life through reading, journaling, and practice. The new and renewed outlooks and techniques that you learn can help you refill your energy bucket and provide a roadmap to a life of purpose and joy.
This is a highly interactive class. Please be prepared to join in group discussion and breakout rooms.
