Postpartum Wellness

The weeks and months after birth bring profound physical, emotional, and relational shifts—yet support during this “fourth trimester” is often overlooked. Whether you’re preparing for postpartum or navigating it now, this one-hour webinar offers compassionate, evidence-informed guidance to help you and your family thrive during this tender and transformative time.

We’ll explore key aspects of postpartum well-being, including maternal mood, lactation and infant feeding, nutrition for recovery, and what to expect physically as your body heals. You’ll also gain insight into the evolving roles and identities that often emerge during early parenthood—within yourself, your relationships, and your return to work or professional life.

Join us to deepen your understanding of this dynamic chapter, learn practical strategies to support your wellness and your baby’s, and walk away with a toolkit to help you navigate postpartum with greater confidence and care.

This class will be recorded, and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, please attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording by 12 p.m. (noon) PT on Wednesday, November 26. The recording will be available for a full week, but points can only be awarded through the November 26 deadline due to the Thanksgiving holiday and end-of-quarter timing.
