Nurturing Unconditional Self-Worth

Have you ever quietly wondered to yourself, “Am I enough?” That insatiable drive toward status, success, appearance, and achievement often arises from values imposed by our upbringing and culture which can stand in the way of an honest experience of inherent self-value. These feelings of low self-worth can lead to negative coping behaviors that reduce our well-being.

It is time to see ourselves in a different and more accurate light. Join us for this noontime webinar to dismantle conventional ideas and re-envision the meaning of self-worth. You will learn powerful tools and insights informed by ancient philosophy on the true meaning of inherent value and discover the importance of protecting our minds from negative self-messaging.

By defining what really matters to you, you can construct and employ personalized methods for increasing your experience of your inherent value and develop behavioral tools for practicing self-worth.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
