New Beginnings


The New Year is a meaningful time for new beginnings. As we launch into 2025, this is a perfect time to review your intentions and develop a plan which allows you to focus your efforts day-to-day and make positive, lasting change in your health and wellness.

Join us for this fun, two-session online workshop that takes a multifaceted approach to creating and implementing meaningful changes in your life. You will begin by taking an objective and analytical look at your current behaviors to find what is already working and where you can add worthwhile changes for health and well-being. Then utilize the Pareto Principle to optimize your efforts and develop SMART goals to bring your plans to fruition.

Through participation in small, supportive discussion groups and other in-class activities, you will tap into your creative side for further inspiration, joy, motivation, and flow. At the end of the series, you will be able to take away a “new beginnings” action plan that will serve you for years to come.

This will be a highly interactive class, with breakout rooms, group discussions, and hands-on exercise. Please be prepared to actively participate to get the most out of the class experience.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of both sessions.

Instructor: Moj Razmi is a holistic transformational coach and advocate for joyous living who integrates metaphysics and joy coaching into her teachings. With over 800 hours of training in yoga, breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, chakra studies, superconscious, and Reiki, she is an ERYT500-certified instructor.
