My Working Life
With the many demands we often have on our time and energy, work-life conflict is unavoidable. When we make work and life decisions that are reflective of our values and priorities, the impact on our physical, emotional and mental health can be transformative and positively influence our careers.
In this four-session online workshop, you will learn how to identify the conflicts that are making you feel depleted and find solutions for how your professional and personal life can effectively complement one another instead of competing. We will explore how you can achieve your aspirations, reduce work-life conflict, and find success integrating the many layers of your life.
Each session is designed to address the critical aspects of work-life integration through supportive dialogue, presentations on selected topics, personal reflection exercises, and personal commitments based on each participants’ individual goals. You will end the series with a robust toolbox of strategies to help you lead a more integrated and satisfying professional and personal life.
This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of 3 of the 4 sessions.
Request disability accommodations and access info.
