Mood-Boosting Meals Made Simple – Virtual Cooking Class

Food isn’t just fuel. What you eat has a direct impact on your mood, energy, and overall well-being.

In this hands-on virtual cooking class, we’ll explore how specific ingredients – such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, fatty fish and probiotic-rich foods – support a healthy microbiome and can significantly impact your mood, focus, energy, and overall well-being.

Join the instructor in your home kitchen to prepare a simple, delicious, and nutrient-dense menu. As we cook together, we’ll dive into the science behind how certain foods help stabilize blood sugar, enhance gut health, and promote better mental clarity and emotional balance. You’ll leave with practical recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that incorporate mood-boosting ingredients that help support your microbiome, improve digestion, and keep you feeling balanced from morning to evening.

The recipes, including ingredients and equipment needed, will be sent out at least one week before the class so you’ll have time to shop for ingredients in advance.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
