There are evidence-based nutrition and exercise strategies that can help you feel stronger, more energized, and more in control during this transition.
In this interactive online class, you’ll learn why strength training is especially important in midlife, how to build a realistic routine you can stick with, and which nutrition strategies best support your changing body. We’ll also tackle common questions—like whether you really need to load up on protein shakes or start taking creatine—and separate fact from myth.
