Menopause – Nutrition, Exercise, and You
Perimenopause is sometimes called the “zone of chaos”—a stage that can bring anywhere from zero to 35 possible symptoms, in endless combinations and intensities. The good news? There are evidence-based nutrition and exercise strategies that can help you feel stronger, more energized, and more in control during this transition.
In this interactive online class, you’ll learn why strength training is especially important in midlife, how to build a realistic routine you can stick with, and which nutrition strategies best support your changing body. We’ll also tackle common questions—like whether you really need to load up on protein shakes or start taking creatine—and separate fact from myth.
Come ready to engage, learn, and leave with tools to navigate menopause with confidence!
This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of the live session.
