Menopause Mind and Body
Menopause brings more than just physical changes—hormonal shifts can also impact your mood, mental clarity, and overall well-being. From increased anxiety and disrupted sleep to unexpected weight changes and brain fog, these symptoms can make it harder to feel like yourself. However, there are effective solutions to help you restore balance.
Join our free expert-led webinar to learn how menopause affects both mind and body—and what you can do to feel your best. During the session, you will learn how hormonal fluctuations influence mood, metabolism, and cognitive function as well as the connection between menopause and mental health, including anxiety and mood swings. We will also explore evidence-based treatments—from hormone therapy to nutrition and movement—and practical strategies to support emotional and physical well-being through midlife and beyond.
You don’t have to navigate these changes alone. Gain expert insights, ask questions, and explore the best options for feeling strong and balanced in menopause.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
