Managing Stress Effectively for Well-Being
Ongoing stress can take a toll—draining your energy, making it harder to stay motivated, and leaving you feeling less engaged in daily life. Over time, these challenges can profoundly affect your focus, productivity, and mood. Recognizing the signs that your stress is building and learning how to respond can help you restore your energy and well-being.
In this webinar, you’ll learn about research on how prolonged stress affects the body and mind, explore ways to identify when your stress levels are becoming unsustainable, and discover techniques to interrupt that cycle. We’ll cover practical strategies to navigate life’s demands in a way that supports your health, humor, and resilience—no matter what obstacles come your way.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
