Live Smart for Your Heart

There is strong evidence that lifestyle factors play a significant role in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and improving heart health. Many of these lifestyle factors are choices we make every day in what we eat, how we move, when we sleep, and more.

Join us for an informative webinar with Stanford physician Dr. Sandra Tsai, where we’ll dive into what heart disease is, common risk factors, and how to take proactive steps to protect your heart. We’ll discuss the American Heart Association’s Essential Eight—key lifestyle elements like blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, sleep, physical activity, diet, nicotine use, and weight management—that are essential for maintaining a healthy heart.

We’ll also explore strategies for prevention and the importance of early detection in managing heart disease risk. You will walk away from the session empowered with practical knowledge to improve and maintain your heart health!

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
