Holiday Cooking to Nourish Your Mood
Celebrate the season with foods that brighten your holiday table while nourishing you and your guests from the inside out.
In this virtual cooking class, you will discover how to bring evidence-based nutrition into your festive plans by preparing a delicious holiday menu that supports your well-being. As we cook together, the instructor will share strategies to bring more inclusivity to your holiday entertaining for guests with different dietary traditions, needs and preferences as well as tips for alcohol-free holiday entertaining.
At the end of the session, you will have a selection of tasty treats that will bring everyone at your table more cheer and less regret, all perfect to share with friends and family at your next holiday event.
Ingredient substitutions, including protein options, will be demonstrated or suggested to accommodate most dietary needs and preferences. The recipes, including the ingredients and equipment needed, will be shared before the class, so you’ll have time to shop for ingredients in advance.
This class will be recorded, and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
