Hold Me Tight Book Club and Interactive Workshop Series

Join Faculty Staff Help Center counselors Joe Orovecz and Kelly Stone for a two-session discussion of Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love by couples therapist Dr. Sue Johnson. Each meeting will include exercises and activities from the book as well as facilitated discussion.

The May 12^th meeting will focus on Part One and Conversations 1-3 with the remaining chapters covered on May 26^th. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own copy of the book and are welcome to attend one or both meetings
