Healthy Meal Planning Made Simple
Do you feel like you’re eating the same thing over and over again? Healthy eating begins with a well-stocked pantry and a simple, nutritious meal plan, but sometimes the logistics of grocery shopping, searching for recipes, and food preparation can feel overwhelming and derail us from our nutrition goals.
In this online class, we will share and practice food planning strategies that save time, energy, and resources. You will learn solutions that can help you find nutritious and delicious recipes, develop grocery lists with ease, and schedule healthy meals and snacks. Whether cooking for yourself or feeding a family, you’ll discover flexible strategies that make healthy eating more manageable for everyone at the table. You’ll take stock of your own fridge and pantry, participate in interactive brainstorming, and learn to anticipate and overcome common barriers and challenges. With a good food plan in place, mealtimes can become a healthy time of enjoyment, relaxation, and connection with others.
This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of the live session.

Instructor: Bryan Lian, MS, RD, CPCC, is the campus dietitian/nutritionist at Stanford University. He promotes student nutrition, health, and well-being. He earned his master’s degree in health administration at the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his clinical training at two Harvard teaching hospitals.
