Healthy Me, Healthy Body

In today’s world—shaped by the constant influence of social media and clever marketing—many Americans have learned to second-guess their bodies. We’re taught to ignore natural hunger and fullness cues, all while chasing the latest diet trends in pursuit of an ever-elusive “ideal.” This disconnect between health and body image can create mental disharmony, affecting everything from our eating habits and productivity to our relationships.

Join us for a dynamic three-part online class that blends nutrition science and self-discovery. In this interactive series, you’ll explore how body perception influences diet, learn practical ways to shift your mindset around food, and uncover how to build a healthier, more harmonious relationship with your body.

You will gain strategies to overcome cognitive dissonance around food and body image, cultivate body appreciation and self-compassion, and set meaningful, sustainable health and nutrition goals
By the end of the series, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of weight bias, how to challenge it, and how to embrace and care for your body—just as it is.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of all 3 sessions.
