Food Trends

Do you ever wonder if seed oils are really unhealthy, whether pink salt is a miracle mineral source, or if collagen supplements truly improve skin health?

Join our noontime webinar to explore some of the most talked-about nutrition trends and separate fact from fiction. Through a creative, thoughtfully delicious, and evidence-based overview, you’ll learn how to cut through the noise, understand what the science actually says, and make healthy food choices that fit your life. Take control over misinformation and embrace your health through practical, enjoyable dietary practices.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
