Join our noontime webinar to explore common nutrition questions and discern truth from fiction. Through a creative, thoughtfully delicious, and evidence-based overview, you will learn how to cut through the confusion and make healthy food choices in your daily life. Take control over misinformation and embrace your health through delicious dietary practices.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.

Instructor: Gretchen George, PhD, RDN, is an associate professor and co-program lead of the nutrition and dietetics program at San Francisco State University and is passionate about prevention and empowerment. Her research focuses on food literacy, basic needs, and weight stigma, with the goal of increasing body positivity in adults, adolescents, and health professionals.
