Join Us for Fentanyl & Addiction Awareness Week at Stanford!

From April 27 to May 1, we invite you to participate in a series of engaging events aimed at raising awareness about fentanyl and addiction while promoting community support and education. Each day features unique opportunities to learn and celebrate recovery!

Monday, April 27: Recovery Allyship: Kick off the week with an educational workshop at The Well House (562 Mayfield Ave) from 7:00-8:00 PM. Discover how to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Enjoy free boba and a Lego set!  RSVP here

Tuesday, April 28: White Plaza Tabling:  Join us at White Plaza from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM to engage with the PEER Program, Cardinal Recovery, and Dance Safe. Gather resources and information about fentanyl and the opioid epidemic while learning more about our upcoming Naloxone training and Addiction & Science lecture.

  • Thursday, April 30: White Plaza Tabling: Return to White Plaza on Thursday from 12:00-2:00 PM for more information and resources related to fentanyl and addiction. We’ll also have free crepes and drinks for attendees!

Wednesday, April 29: Naloxone Training: Learn life-saving skills at Rogers House from 6:00-7:00 PM. This session will equip you with essential knowledge about the opioid epidemic, with free Naloxone and fentanyl test strips available! RSVP here

Friday, May 1: Addiction & Science Lecture: Conclude the week with a keynote by Noel Vest, PhD, discussing “College Doesn’t Have to Be Relapse Risk: Evidence from Campus All Recovery Meetings.” Join us at The Well House from 6:00-7:00 PM for education around recovery.
