Experience the Beauty of Nature Through Drawing
Set aside the busy world and engage your visual mind with nature. In this small group experiential workshop, you will be guided in a sequence of drawing activities as you develop skills to create a colorful and beautiful piece of art.
Using objects from nature, we will be playful, yet mindful, as we focus on being present and in the visual moment. Learn and practice basic drawing techniques which will enable you to capture images that you see around you. Experience a variety of mindfulness techniques and methods to help you draw in a safe and supportive environment. This fun and interactive workshop is designed for all levels; no art experience is necessary. All supplies provided.
This class will take place in-person on Stanford University campus. Enrollment is limited, so register soon to secure your spot.
