For anyone who relies on a mobile device, we know how important it is to prevent our cell phones batteries from dying. But how many of us devote the same level of attention to our “body battery” to ensure we stay charged throughout the day?
Join us for a webinar on the what, why, and how of keeping your body battery charged so you have the energy and resources you need to thrive. We will explore the difference between being proactive versus reactive when it comes to taking care of ourselves and take a critical look at our typical daily routines to find sources of energy drain. We will also discuss the importance of managing our time and setting healthy boundaries to conserve our energy for what matters most. Finally, we will introduce a toolkit of simple strategies you can add to your day for a quick recharge when you feel your energy start to lag.
