Eat Strategically

Discover how food choices can help prevent—and even reverse—common chronic conditions. In this three-part online series, you’ll explore the science of nutrition and learn practical strategies to support healthy blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels.

The first class focuses on diabetes, where you’ll learn how to eat carbohydrates strategically to prevent blood sugar spikes and compare the most effective dietary approaches for prevention and management. The second class centers on high blood pressure, exploring how adding potassium-rich foods and flaxseeds can function along with reducing sodium to lower blood pressure. In the final session, you’ll turn to cholesterol, discovering the foods you can add to your diet to naturally improve cholesterol levels.

Throughout the series, you’ll engage with evidence-based nutrition, historical anecdotes, and interactive activities designed to make the science memorable and applicable to everyday life—empowering you to take charge of your health through strategic eating.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of all 3 sessions. Request disability accommodations and access info.
