Building a small collection of reliable, nourishing meals can make healthy eating far more consistent and sustainable, as well as reducing stress and bringing more joy into this daily activity.

In this online cooking demonstration, you’ll learn practical strategies for preparing satisfying dinners without complicated recipes or long prep times. The class highlights simple techniques and ingredient combinations that deliver strong flavor, balanced nutrition, and flexibility throughout the week.

You’ll watch weeknight-friendly dishes come together step by step while learning ways to streamline prep, build flavor quickly, and use health-promoting ingredients such as vegetables, legumes, whole grains, herbs, and spices. After class, you’ll receive a full set of recipes and practical tips to help make nourishing weeknight cooking easier, more consistent, and more enjoyable.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants.
