Easy No-Cook Meals for Less Stress and More Joy
Looking for fresh, delicious meals without the hassle of cooking? Join us for a practical and inspiring webinar where you’ll learn how to prepare easy, no-cook meals that support your health and well-being—no stove or oven required.
Using vibrant, seasonal ingredients, the instructor will demonstrate a variety of satisfying meal ideas—like bowls, wraps, salads, overnight oats, and charcuterie boards—designed to be quick, energizing, and deeply nourishing. These recipes are perfect for busy days, warm weather, or anyone seeking simplicity, and highlight anti-inflammatory ingredients that naturally nourish your brain, heart, gut microbiome, skin, mood, and sleep. You’ll also pick up time-saving prep strategies and smart storage tips to keep things fresh and stress-free.
This is not a cook-along class. Instead, the class will be recorded, and all demonstrated recipes will be shared by email afterward. You’ll be able to cook along with the recording at your own pace throughout the week.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
