Dream, Design, and Align – A 6-Week Group Wellness Series (July 14 – August 25)

Are you looking for a fresh approach to behavior change? Are you stuck in a repeating pattern of unfulfilled goals? Do you wish that you could move forward, but can’t gain momentum?

Join us for a six-week online group wellness series where you’ll engage in creating shifts in thought and behavior that will support you in reaching a new level of personal transformation. Sessions will consist of educational content, guided visualizations, goal setting, group coaching, and discussion that will empower you with tools to live a life more closely aligned with your values and desires. 

We welcome participants no matter where you are on your wellness journey and no matter what area of well-being is important to you. All interested individuals are required to engage in a short phone call with the facilitator after registering to ensure that the class is the right fit for them.

Instructors: Jayna Rogers, MPH, is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is a health education manager for BeWell and has been a health educator and researcher for the Stanford School of Medicine and BeWell Program for 20 years in the areas of chronic disease self-management, smoking cessation, weight management, women's health, and wellness coaching for long-term behavior change.

Maia Tamanakis, NBC-HWC, CPT, is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer who offers coaching for the BeWell Check-in and Lifestyle Coaching in all areas of well-being. Maia enjoys using a creative and honest approach to behavior change, combining open self-inquiry and compassion, empathy, and humor to guide and support others in transforming their lives.
