Dental Wellness – Taking Control of Your Oral Health

October 01, 2021 | 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Did you know that a healthy mouth can protect you from far more than tooth decay? Diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and a multitude of other diseases and medical conditions have been linked to dental disease. As such, balancing the mouth’s bacterial ecosystem is a great way to stop cavities, stop gum disease, and improve overall health.

Join us for this noontime webinar to take control of your own oral health. We will discuss ways to measure your mouth’s health and practical strategies to put an end to cavities, fillings, sensitivity, and gum disease. We will also cut through the marketing hype to help you find effective dental products that are right for you and your family. By the end of the session, you will have the knowledge to build your own dental wellness plan to improve your overall health and well-being.

Instructor: Kim Morita, RDH, DDS, practices dentistry in Seattle, Washington with a focus on preventive oral care. She received her RDH and DDS degrees from the University of Southern California and completed a general practice residency at UCLA School of Dentistry.
