Deliciously Healthy
As the new year begins, many of us set goals around food, fitness, and health – yet these resolutions often fade when fueled by fad diets, unrealistic expectations, or weight-focused pressure. Let’s rethink that together.
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be restrictive or stressful. Grounded in science and self-compassion, it can be enjoyable, sustainable, and deep supportive of your well-being.
Join us for a lunchtime webinar that helps you refresh your approach to nutrition. We will explore what healthy eating really means, how to set realistic goals, and how to create an eating plan that works with – not against – your life. You will walk away with practical tips for meal planning, mindful eating, and nourishing your body in ways that feel good.
Reaffirm your desire for a healthy new year and discover a realistic roadmap to a healthy, happy you.
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week. Request disability accommodations and access info.
