De-Stress and Learn to Live Mindfully

May 13, 2025 | 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Learn how to manage stress with useful, everyday techniques. Stress can become a chronic response that impacts who we are in subtle and substantial ways. Managing interpersonal circumstances, school, and other normal life pressures often proves challenging. The good news is that this workshop will teach you how to recognize the neurobiological triggers that sustain stress, practical ways to alter bad habits, and mindful approaches that help neutralize ineffective in-the-moment reactions..

Workshop is led by: Fred Luskin, PhD, director, Stanford Forgiveness Project & Jessica Jacobson, PsyD

When: May 1, 6, & 13 (Thursday and Tuesdays), 4-6PM
